INGREDIENTS
250 GRAMS OF BEEF
POTATOES
COOKING CREAM
FLOUR
PLUM TOMATOES
OYSTER SAUCE
SOY SAUCE
CUCUMBERS
VINIGER
PARSLEY
GARLIC
CARROTS
FRESH THYME
CORRIANDER
BUTTER
SALT
PEPPER
METHOD
CUT THE BEEF (2-3 INCHES THICK)
SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER ON BOTH SIDES
MELT BUTTER IN A PAN UNTIL IT STARTS TO SIZZLE
PUT IN THE BEEF ON HIGH HEAT TO GET THAT NICE CHAR ON BOTH SIDES (it should take 5-6 minutes for each side to char perfectly)
ADD FRESH THYME AND GARLIC CLOVES FOR MORE FLAVOR
POP THE BEEF INTO THE OVEN AND ROAST FOR 30 MINUTES
SLIICE TOMATOES AND ADD TO THE SAME PAN WITHOUT RINSING
ADD A DRIZZLE OF SOY AND OYSTER SAUCE A FEW MINUTES BEFORE ALLOWING THE BEEF TO REST
MEANWHILE THINLY SLICE CUCUMBERS AND CARROTS
MARINATE THEM WITH VINEGAR AND WATER FOR 10 MINUTES
PEEL POTAOES AND BOIL THEM UNTIL FULLY COOKED
MASH THE POTATOES WHILE HOT WITH BUTTER AND SEASON WITH SALT
MELT BUTTER AND ADD COOKING CREAM
COOK FOR 5 MINUTES UNTIL IT THICKENS(add roughly chopped parsley)
NOW ITS JUST TIME TO PLATE
