INGREDIENTS
1. Minced beef 250 gr
2. Cayenne pepper
3. Paprika
4. Salt
5. Black pepper
6. 2 scotch bonnets completely minced
7. Olive oil
8. Minced onions
9. Tomato paste
10. Can chopped tomatoes
11. Spaghetti
12. Parsley
13. Curry powder
14. Corn starch
PREPARATION
- Season minced beef with salt,pepper,minced scotch bonnet,curry powder
- Mould beef into meatballs of desirable size
- Put in the oven and grill for 20-30 minutes,occasionally alternating the meatballs to ensure even cooking
- Heat olive oil and put in onions,off cayenne pepper,paprika and brown for 2 mins
- Add tomato paste
- cook on low heat for 5 minutes
- add chopped tomatoes and stir
- Cover and cook for 30 mins on low heat
- Add meatballs and cook for an additional 10 mins
- Serve with boiled spaghetti and garnish with my best friend parsley
