INGREDIENTS
- Chicken thighs (56 grams)
- Basil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Light soy sauce
- Barbecue sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Spring onions (the green part)
- Garlic powder
- Butter
METHOD
- Wash chicken and dry completely
- Season with salt,pepper,basil and olive oil
- Grill chicken for 30 minutes at 250 degrees,15 mins on each side
- Heat olive oil in a pan,add soy sauce,barbecue and chill sauce.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat immediately
- Add butter to add richness to the sauce
- Glaze the chicken with the sauce and garnish thin slices of spring onions
- Serve with mashed or roasted potatoes.
