- LASAGNA PASTA (parboiled)
- RICOTTA CHEESE
- PARMESAN CHEESE
- MOZZARELLA
- CHOPPED TOMATOES
- MINCED MEAT
- ONIONS AND GARLIC MINCED
- PARSLEY
- CUMIN
- SALT
- PEPPER
METHOD
- add olive oil to a pan,add the minced garlic and onions the moment you start smelling the olive oil
- sweat these two for a few minutes
- add minced meat and cook until the meat no longer has that pink color
- add chopped tomatoes
- add salt,pepper,cumin
- cook for 30 minutes
- arrange the pasta gently across the sauce
- add ricotta cheese in small chunks on the pasta
- add mozzarella cheese
- simmer for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted
- add parmesan cheese and serve with a garnish of your choice or of course parsley.
