INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
- Wash lamb chops and dry
- Season with stock cubes, white pepper, garlic and ginger paste (check below), rosemary
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil on a grill pan(check below) and sear lamb chops for about 6 mins on each side
- Transfer the lamb chops to a bigger pot, make sure its non stick
- If you have some of the marinade from the first step add it at this point
- Add all spice (check below), cumin powder, 4 tablespoons of ketchup, and soy sauce
- Blend 2 scotch bonnets and chill peppers(about 2 or 3 should do )
- Add pepper mix
- Add a tbsp of honey, one tbsp of vegetable oil
- Allow to cook for preferably 3 hours on low heat
- Just before serving add parsley and Finley chopped onions and a tbsp of butter
- Serve with bhaturi or rice
